Privacy policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026. This policy covers bookingjam.com and the BookingJam service, run by Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as BookingJam. Questions: contact@bookingjam.com, (786) 372-0287.
This website
- When you email us, including through the early-access form (which opens your own email app): your email address, your name and what you wrote. We keep it in our mailbox and on the early-access list.
- When you call or text: your phone number and the conversation, on the phone's own records.
- The demo runs in your browser. The name and contact you type, the booking and the calendar file are not sent to us and are gone when you close the page.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no cookies set by us.
- Our host, Cloudflare, logs requests (IP address, page, time) to run and protect the site; we don't use those logs to identify visitors.
The service: business accounts
- Your account: name, business name, email, phone, address, logo, services, staff names and working hours.
- Your subscription after launch: handled by the payment processor; we don't see your full card number.
The service: your clients' bookings
When a client books with a business that uses BookingJam, the service stores, on that business's behalf:
- The client's name, phone number or email, preferred language and reminder choice.
- The booking: service, person, date and time, any note they wrote, and changes or cancellations.
- Whether a deposit was paid, how much and when. The card payment itself happens with the payment processor under its own privacy policy; we don't see the full card number.
- Notes the business adds to the client's record.
What we use it for
To run the service: show bookings to the business, send the confirmations and reminders, handle cancellations and moves, and bill the business's plan. We don't sell or share personal data, and we don't use clients' contact details for anything except their bookings with that business.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), the email and text-message providers that deliver confirmations and reminders, and the payment processor for deposits and subscriptions. Each sees only what it needs to do its part.
How long
Early-access list: until you ask to be removed. Account and booking data: while the account is open, then 90 days, except records the law requires us to keep longer.
Your choices
Reply "remove" to any email from us and you're off the list. Businesses can export or delete their data at any time. Clients who booked through BookingJam can ask the business, or us, what is held about them; we'll answer and, with the business, correct or delete it. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. California residents have the rights in the CCPA; we don't sell personal information.
Children
The site and service aren't aimed at children under 13. Bookings for children, such as tutoring, are made by a parent or guardian, whose details are the ones stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and account holders get an email about anything that affects them.
