Features
Everything here is part of the plan for the app. Each section says whether you can try it in the demo today, whether it's in the first release, or whether it comes after.
A booking page that knows your rules In the demo
- Services with their own length, price and buffer after.
- Each person's hours and breaks, and the services they do.
- "Anyone available" picks the least busy person who's free.
- Minimum notice and how far ahead clients can book.
- Times are checked again at the moment of booking, so two clients never get the same slot.
Deposits per service First release
None, a flat amount, a percentage or the full price. Your cancellation window is shown before the client pays. Clients pay by card through a payment processor, to your own account with it. Late cancellations and no-shows: you keep the deposit, as your policy says.
The demo shows the deposit step with no card form and no charge.
Confirmations and reminders First release
A confirmation when they book, a reminder the day before, and a link to cancel or move inside your rules. Email first; text messages are planned next. You write the wording once, in English and Spanish.
English and Spanish, per client In the demo
The booking page has an EN/ES switch. Service names, times, the deposit text and the reminders all change. Your prices and rules stay the same.
The owner's calendar In the demo
A day view with a column per person and a week view for the whole business. Buffers and breaks are shaded. Paid deposits show on each booking. In the app you'll also add walk-ins and phone bookings by hand, block time off and move bookings.
Add to calendar In the demo
Every confirmation has a calendar file (.ics) with the time, place and a reminder alarm. It opens in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook.
Client list and history First release
Every client who books is saved with their contact details, language, past visits and notes, like a color formula or a gate code. Export it as a CSV whenever you like. It's your list.
After the first release Planned
- Text-message reminders.
- Two-way sync with Google and Apple calendars.
- A waitlist that offers a freed-up time to the next person.
- Packages and memberships (for example, 10 training sessions).
- Recurring bookings, like a cleaning every other Friday.
- Intake forms before the first visit.
Anything else your business needs is quoted.
