Accessibility

Last updated: October 31, 2026. This statement covers bookingjam.com, run by Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as BookingJam. We want everyone to be able to use the site and the demo, and the booking pages our customers will share with their clients. We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What's in place

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
  • One H1 per page and headings in order. The main menu is a labeled navigation region with a button that announces whether it's open.
  • In the demo, every choice (service, person, day, time) is a real button. After each step, focus moves to the new question so a screen reader announces it. The current step is marked in the step bar.
  • Days with no free times are disabled buttons with the word "Full" or "Closed", not just a gray color. Times are written out, not drawn.
  • Form fields have labels. Errors, like a missing name or a time that was just taken, are announced.
  • Text and background colors meet AA contrast. Status is written out ("In the demo", "First release", "Planned"), not only colored.
  • Pages reflow at 400% zoom and on 320-pixel-wide screens without sideways scrolling of the page.
  • Animations stop when your system asks for reduced motion.

What isn't perfect

  • The owner's calendar in the demo is a visual grid. Each booking has its details as a tooltip and as text, but the grid is not a data table, so moving through it cell by cell with a screen reader is slow. The booking you made is also described on the confirmation step.
  • On a phone, the week view of the calendar scrolls sideways inside its box.
  • The FAQ uses native disclosure widgets; some older browsers don't announce their open state.

Tell us about a problem

Email contact@bookingjam.com, or call or text (786) 372-0287. Say which page and what happened. We'll fix it, and in the meantime we can walk you through the demo by phone.
